FAQ
Why do I see an AIPX charge on my card statement?
AIPx Pro costs $3 per month including applicable tax, and Paddle processes the subscription as merchant of record. The charge appears as PADDLE.NET* TRSKA. Your Paddle receipt may name Igor Kamyshev PR TRSKA and label the plan AIP Pro monthly. Check the receipt to match the charge. Cancel future renewals on the dashboard Subscription page. If you do not recognize a charge, email aipx@kamyshev.me with the receipt or order number.
What counts as a connected account?
One active stored connection credential counts as one account. A personal Gmail login and a work Gmail login count as two, even though both use the same service. The number of tools in an integration does not change the account count.
What do I get on the free plan?
AIPx Free includes three active connected accounts and one agent, with per-tool rules for each connected account. It has no AIPx subscription charge. Provider subscriptions, API usage charges and the AI client's own plan are separate; Pro-only connectors require AIPx Pro.
How do I cancel AIPx Pro?
Open the dashboard Subscription page and cancel your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the Free plan limits apply.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Email aipx@kamyshev.me within 14 days of the charge to request a refund for the current billing period. Later renewal refunds use the same window and require that you have not meaningfully used Pro features during that period. See the complete refund policy for conditions and payment timing.
Is there a team plan?
No. The current plans are Free and Pro for individual users. Pro includes unlimited connected accounts and agents, but it does not include shared team billing, seats or organization administration.
