Terms of Service
Last updated: August 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AIP, operated at aipx.run ("AIP", "the Service", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
AIP is a gateway between your accounts and your AI agents. You connect third-party services (such as Linear, Sentry, or PostHog) once, and your MCP-compatible agents and AI clients call their tools through AIP, within the permissions you set. Every call is recorded in an audit log.
Accounts
You sign in with an email address or a supported identity provider; authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
Third-party integrations
- When you connect a third-party service, you authorize AIP to store the resulting credentials (for example OAuth tokens) and to call that service on your behalf, within the permissions you configure.
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for complying with them when you route agents through AIP.
- You can disconnect an integration at any time; the stored credentials are removed.
Subscription and billing
- AIP offers a free plan and a paid AIP Pro subscription at $3 per month, with taxes included.
- Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's terms and privacy policy.
- The subscription renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent;
- connect accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
- attempt to bypass permissions, rate limits, or plan limits;
- interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' use of it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep AIP reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page, and material changes are announced in the product.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken by your agents or by third-party services you connect. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
