Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how AIP ("the Service", "we"), operated at aipx.run and dash.aipx.run, processes personal data. For questions or requests, contact aipx@kamyshev.me.
Data we process
- Account data. Your email address and profile identifiers, managed by our authentication provider, Clerk.
- Integration credentials. When you connect a third-party service, we store the resulting credentials (such as OAuth tokens) and related metadata so the integration can operate on your behalf within the permissions you set.
- Configuration and audit data. Your integration settings, agent permissions, and audit log records of tool calls made through the Service.
- Operational records. Logs retained to diagnose failures, secure the Service, and understand product usage.
Analytics
We use PostHog (US cloud) for product analytics on the landing page and in the dashboard. PostHog stores identifiers in cookies and local storage, including a cross-subdomain cookie on aipx.run, so we can understand how the product is used. You can block these cookies in your browser without losing access to core functionality.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Your payment card details are submitted directly to Paddle and never touch our servers. Paddle processes your payment data under its own privacy policy; we receive only the transaction metadata needed to manage your subscription.
How we use data
- to operate the Service and enforce the permissions you configure;
- to authenticate you and keep your account secure;
- to maintain the audit log of agent activity;
- to analyze and improve the product.
We do not sell personal data and do not use your integration data to train models.
Google user data
When you connect a Google integration, the Service accesses Google user data through the Google APIs and OAuth scopes you approve:
- Google Calendar — your calendar list, events, and free/busy information, so the assistant can answer scheduling questions and create, update, or move events when you ask.
- Google Sheets — spreadsheets and cell values, so the assistant can create spreadsheets and read, write, append, clear, or restructure data when you ask.
- Gmail — messages, drafts, and labels, so the assistant can read, search, organize, and send email when you ask.
Google user data is used only to perform the actions you request from the assistant. We store the OAuth tokens needed to keep the connection working, and the Google API requests and responses made on your behalf are recorded in the tool-call audit log the Service keeps for your account; beyond that, Google user data is processed within your active assistant session and is not retained as a separate copy. Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to train models. Disconnecting a Google integration removes its stored credentials, and deleting your account removes the remaining data as described under Retention and deletion.
The Service's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Third parties
We rely on the following categories of processors:
- Clerk — authentication;
- Cloudflare — hosting and edge infrastructure;
- PostHog — product analytics;
- Paddle — payment processing (Merchant of Record);
- the third-party services you choose to connect.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Disconnecting an integration removes the stored credentials for that integration. To delete your account and the remaining data, email aipx@kamyshev.me; we honor deletion requests without undue delay.
Security
Credentials and related secrets are stored for service operation and are protected at rest. Access is limited to the product workflows that need the credentials to execute the connected integration.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The current version is always published on this page.
